Exchanges and Returns
We want you to love your purchase. Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unworn condition, with the original packaging, warranty cards, booklets, and intact tags (not cut off).
Please note:
- Closeouts, special orders, altered pieces (e.g., sized rings), custom designs, and discounted items are final sale and non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
- Gift certificates are non-redeemable for cash and valid only for in-store purchases.
- Refunds will be issued as store credit or exchange to ensure you find the perfect piece.
For your convenience, please bring your receipt and item(s) to our Piscataway location. Our team is here to assist with any adjustments or alternatives.
Special Orders
To accommodate your unique preferences—such as alternative styles, sizes, metals, colors, gemstones, or watches not in stock—we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Special orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, as they cover the costs of sourcing and customization.
Full payment upon receipt indicates your complete satisfaction. We will notify you via email, text, or phone when your order is ready. Please collect and complete payment within 3 months of notification; otherwise, the deposit and item(s) (including client samples) may be forfeited. We are not liable for losses incurred after this period; however, we will make every effort to accommodate extensions for valid reasons. Our goal is to deliver precisely what you envision—let’s collaborate to make it perfect!
Custom Work
Custom-designed jewelry is crafted uniquely for you, incorporating specific metals, gems, and labor. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to work commencing, and all custom pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We commit to producing your design with precision and care. Full payment upon receipt confirms your satisfaction. Notification will be sent via email, text, or phone upon completion. Please pick up and pay within 3 months; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit and item(s) (including client samples). We bear no responsibility for losses incurred beyond this timeframe, but we are open to discussing potential solutions. We’re passionate about bringing your vision to life—share your ideas, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Layaway Policy
Layaways enable you to secure your desired item with flexible payment options. Payments must be made at least every 30 days, and items are held for up to 90 days from the date of receipt. If full payment isn’t completed within 90 days without prior arrangements, the item(s) will be returned to stock, and the payment will be forfeited. In exceptional cases, at our discretion, we may cancel a layaway with a 25% restocking fee on the original amount, issuing the balance as store credit. We appreciate your commitment and are here to help adjust plans if needed for a seamless experience.
Repair Services
Our liability for damage or loss during repairs is limited to the actual cost of repair or replacement. We are not responsible for:
- Jewelry condition or identification at receipt.
- Altered, treated, or enhanced diamonds/gemstones.
- Unmarked or incorrectly marked pieces.
Items left beyond 90 days are not our responsibility, but we’ll notify you in advance so you can pick them up as soon as possible. Trust our skilled artisans to handle your repairs with the utmost professionalism.
Complimentary Service and Cleaning
To keep your jewelry sparkling, we offer complimentary ultrasonic and steam cleaning, as well as prong and setting checks, at our discretion. We recommend this every 6 months for optimal maintenance. Note: We are not liable for stone loss due to worn prongs/settings during cleaning or for items left beyond 90 days. Visit us regularly—it’s our pleasure to care for your treasures.
Watch Repair Guarantee
Watch repairs come with no guarantee for moisture resistance, bands, crystals, or minor fixes. Battery replacements do not ensure ongoing function or water resistance, as underlying issues (e.g., water damage) may exist. Battery life varies and is not guaranteed. Items left beyond 90 days are not our responsibility. Our watch experts are dedicated to providing reliable service—let us know how we can assist you.
Colored Gemstone Enhancement Disclosure
Natural gemstones are often enhanced through standard industry practices from mining to market. All colored gemstones in your purchase may have undergone stable, possibly undetectable treatments. We provide all known details transparently. Market values reflect these accepted practices.
